“ This is exactly what you need when you need a fill-up and don't want to be messing around. We weren't waiting more than a few seconds before being shown to our table. From there, we made our choices and went up to the counter to pay - all at our leisure. The food was brought out to us with no real delay at all, and I have no complaints with the chicken and waffles that I had. Price wise, it isn't too bad in today's overpriced world. My only negative would be the low, overhanging decorative trees inside the restaurant. Not ideal for us that are quite a bit over 6 foot. Still going back though. Ideal for a filling snack or treat without the messing around. ”

The chicken is a new addition and I’d definitely recommend trying it as I haven’t had anything like it. “ Wow. The food is amazing. So many lovely options. Travelled from Lincoln to enjoy this. And it did not disappoint. It's now a favourite of mine and my eldest son. Spend a bit more money than do usually however it is more than worth it. The staff have been amazing every time we have been in and very accommodating too. The atmosphere of the place is amazing and gives good vibes. Able to book in advance online to secure a seat which I advise as sometimes it's packed full with a qué if people waiting. ”

“ Perfectly fluffy, thick and delightful waffles and pancakes, such kind and welcoming staff, and dog friendly. Our dog very much enjoyed her plate of bacon, my streaky bacon was perfectly done, and genuine maple syrup was a treat. I really appreciated the option to get a half portion of waffles (so I could be greedy and have lots of toppings). I'm just counting down the days till our next visit to Sheffield so we can go back to this gem. ”

“ Friendly helpful staff in a warm, relaxed and inviting environment! A great place for pancakes, waffles or french toast. Once seated, you need to go up to the counter to order & pay! Drinks arrived promptly while the food is freshly prepared. I enjoyed & recommend the Works with a side a hash browns & maple syrup! Seriously tasty! Minor concern is the need to queue up to order a 2nd cup of coffee, so they missed out on that sale! But I probably benefitted from the reduction of caffeine ”

“ Came to the Cabin about 8 years ago and it was amazing so when we recently came I had hoped it was just as good and it was. The Cabin had moved down to a larger unit which was much needed and I think the extra space makes a good difference. We had booked a table but we were running late due to an issue with our sat nav however The Cabin were very accommodating and still got us a table. The food and service was exceptional and made our visit to Sheffield all the worthwhile. For those out of the area who are thinking of paying The Cabin visit, I would highly recommended it. For us it's a treat once in a while but we won't leave it so long to come back. ”
